In this episode of Jumpseat Radio host Ryan Pennington shares 3 cues and clues that a home is full of heavy content. Heavy Content is a politically correct term used for first responders to identify and communicate findings of Hoarding in a respectful way. Using Heavy Content will describe the condition of the building and NOT the occupant.
Using the 3 cues and clues will allow first responders to suspect
that the building is full. These common findings are seen
throughout responses. While each one alone is NOT a 100% sure fire
way of the presence of heavy content, combining one or more
will. Finding one
or more should indicate a further assessment is
necessary.
In this podcast these 3 cues will be covered.
